It's time to DREAM

We are beyond thrilled with all the stories we have heard from Let's Talk Hope in Calgary, Edmonton, and Delta, BC. Across the board the feedback has been the same, "I feel connected - like I'm not alone. I left feeling uplifted and with a feeling of hope. And it was FUN!!"

Who knew a mental health conference could be fun, right? It shows how much we crave real connection. Mental HEALTH is created socially. When we come together beautiful things happen. This is why we are inviting you into the Hope Movement.

Our Mission

National Hope Talks is a non-profit that is about bringing hope to the mental health crisis we are facing as a society. Through school assemblies and youth leadership track, workplace wellness initiatives, connection events, and our yearly conference with Bell Let’s Talk, National Hope Talks is moving people from just “hoping” things will get better regarding mental health, and leaving people with hope in the form of a plan for change.
